Shirt tucked in properly
Pants/skirt proper length and fit

Grooming Standards

Hair neat and within regulations
Face clean-shaven (males) or makeup minimal (females)
Nails clean and trimmed
No visible jewelry (except watch and one ring)
Earrings within regulation (females only)
Teeth brushed, breath fresh

Shoes & Accessories

Shoes polished and shined
Laces tied and tucked
Socks match uniform (black)
No visible scuffs or damage

Knowledge Requirements

Can recite chain of command
Knows current rank structure
Can explain uniform insignia
Familiar with general orders
Knows JROTC mission statement

Bearing & Discipline

Stands at attention properly
Maintains military bearing
Responds appropriately to commands
Shows respect and discipline
